10,000 steps per day can keep the doctor away! Why ?
1) it is a way to lose weight consistently.
2) lose body fats
3) increase HDL(good) cholesterol.
4) increase endorphin (natural pain killers)
5) reduce blood pressure
People last time use to walk a lot so 10,000 steps is not a problem for them back then. Even more than 10,000 steps.
People now has car and motorbike which reduces number a steps tremendously..
Except for bicycle which still needs energy to push and motorbike do not need
how do you count your steps ?
get a simple pedometer and clip it at your waist all day.
don know where to get pedometer ? ..
i can help you get you guys to pre-order .. just leave a comment ..

An apple a day keeps the doctor away ...
that's just a general saying or maybe it is true to certain extent in the past maybe .... why ? ..
1. apple has not much nutrient as it is last time
2. is the apple shinny ? ...
if yes it's not good, it's actually a layer of chemical substance to protect the apple from rotting fast..
3. is your apple local ? ... sadly Malaysia cant grow apple
so does it apply to us Malaysians ????
thus it must be imported from overseas, therefore chemical needed to prolonged the lifespan if the apple..
leave a comment, any comment .. sharing is caring ...
